GNLU Blog on Business Laws and Policy (“GBBLP”) is the flagship blog run under the aegis of the GNLU Centre for Business & Public Policy (“GCBPP”). For the GBBLP blog, we invite submissions from students, academicians and practitioners on contemporary themes under the domain of corporate law, banking & finance, alternative dispute resolution, securities law, competition law, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, investment funds, insolvency & restructuring, business & public policy, and other relevant themes. We aim to make GBBLP Blog a one-stop portal for students and practitioners to keep up with the latest updates on corporate, securities and business laws. About GCBPP
GNLU Centre for Business & Public Policy (GCBPP) is one of the centres for excellence established under the Gujarat National Law University, promoting interdisciplinary research and training through capacity-building programmes, interactive sessions and conferences in capital markets, securities laws, financial & business regulations and public policy. The Centre has the expertise in conducting and executing large-scale events like GNLU – Khaitan & Co Advanced Certificate Programme on Capital Markets & Securities Law; GNLU International Conference on Business, Laws and Public Policy; Know Your Practice sessions; etc., amongst other events.
